This is from a commercial lease and is about the tenant's improvements to the building and equipment becoming the property of the Lessor at the end of the lease:
"...par voie d'accession en fin de Bail, sans indemnité d'aucune sorte".

It is not logical to think in this case that "accession" has anything to do with "accession à la propriété" (schemes for first-time buyers etc.)
What it means, as any tenant should know, is that it's hard cheese for him if he spends a small fortune doing up a place and then gets chucked out when his lease is over or cannot persuade the landlord to compensate him for work done when he leaves of his own accord.
You could also say "the benefit of improvements made by the tenant reverts by right to the landlord, without any form of compensation being due", OWTTE.
