Crédit Bail Immobilier/Property Leasing Agreements
I am pretty sure CBI stands for Crédit Bail Immobilier here.
The question is how that is best put in this sentence in English. The usual translation - "Property Leasing" - wouldn't work by itself, so suggest the above, but this would depend a bit on the context.

: I suggest "property finance leases". (Only difference between crédit bail and location financière is the type of institution extending credit.)

: Lease with option to purchase. A 'property leasing agreement' or 'lease' would just be 'bail', not 'credit-bail'
