@Marc: sentence ok: le mandant (désigné... etc.) les a mis en présence, a négocié et a rédigé etc... - c'est une énumération et il manque simplement une virgule, me semble-t-il

explication - NFG

means that the buyer and seller acknowledge that the agent was their point of contact in the transaction - he was the person who got the parties together and put their in contact with each other (resumably so neither of them would later try to get out of paying the agency fee by claiming they already were in contact with each other).
Not sure how to phrase in English though...
