I think that "restituer" here means "release". I don't think it has anything to do with the "reproduction" of something, which it can indeed mean in some contexts. It just seems like this this a day on which results will be announced and then debated with 300 participants in audience.

I think it will be more than just presenting the results if there is a large audience there who, presumably, will be asked for their opinions/feedback etc
