Hey, dianapaula! Still there? "Neutral element" is algebraic -goes with convol. of a function. But "delay" probably takes us into physics. Any more info?

The verb is "retarde". Disregard "suite avec élément neutre retardé" >> "la convolution d'une fonction... la retarde... Presumably "la" is "fonction". The French is correct.

I have a problem with "retardé la retarde". There doesn't seem to be a proper verb in the sentence. Could you check, or give a little more text - or a chapter or general title?
