The number of microorganisms inoculated is determined by calculation *using the precise/exact inoculum* (average of three previous test boxes)..
Am having trouble with the phrasing between the asterisks..."exact" is throwing me off. Input? It doesn't make sense that something would be exact if it is an average of three other numbers... unless exact here is referring to "calcul"?
