Science
Medical: Pharmaceuticals
Animal testing
From a report about the results of a drugs trial on animals.
Système reactif: RAT, 104 semaines, Aliment
It is clear that they are just providing a very brief summary of the main principles of the study: testing on rats, over 104 weeks, drug mixed in with the food.
However, I can't think of how to express this in English.
A literal translation "Reactive system" doesn't work, or is this actually a common expression?

experimental model
Without more context it's quite difficult.
Anyway, I'm not sure "reactive system" does not work, because it means excatly what is "reacting here": animals, for 104 weeks vs alimentation.
"experimental model" is very generic and might be an alternative

systemic reactions
I would imagine the investigators are looking for general systemic reactions like weight loss, development of infertility, neurological manifestations etc. Only a guess, but what the heck?

Or, after a moment's reflection, how about "test cohort"?

drug test system
I found various sites with this term, which closely matches with the context. However, there is no clear web reference. It's best to improvise.
