anatomical pathologists
I just had a quick search for this on the internet and came across : http://www.anapath.necker.fr/... here they talk about 'anatomo-pathologistes' and 'anatomie pathologique' : I think anapaths is simply a shortened version of this, therefore making the translation 'anatomical pathologists'. Another quick search on the internet shows this is widely used.

surgical pathologists
all surgical pathologists are anatomical pathologists, certified in Anatomic Pathology but all anatomic pathologists do not do surgical pathology. Some do only autopsy pathology or neuropathology or cytopathology. So tissue samples from surgery and biopsies are only done by surgical pathologists. (USA-Canadadian usage)
The answer to your specific question then is surgical pathologists.
(confession: I am a board-certified pathologist as well)
