French term
Bip 11S prévenir
French to English
Medical
Medical (general)
cutaneous rash
These handwritten notations appear on the hospital chart of a patient admitted with a cutaneous rash on his arms and abdomen. This is what the writing looks like to me, and my translation for the ones I think I have figured out:
taches delimite - delineated blemishes
Bip 11S prevenir or Bip 115 prevenu - ??
Scope - is this the meta-analysis of cutaneous lesions according to the study of Scope et al.?
Bon hemodynamisme - Good hemodynamics
Apyretique - Afebrile
The hospital is located in Paris, France.
Thanks

: 115 is far more likely, and we don't know that it's a physician.

Discussion
Otherwise, there are a lot of different terms in your question. Maybe it would be better to open different KudoZ questions for each of them.
