potential problems/issues/challenges

Hello,

To me, "enjeux" has the idea of "potentiality." This idea is implied but not said explicitly in the other translations proposed. Why not say what it's really saying?

define the potential problems, issues, challenges

I would not say "risk" here.

I hope this helps.
