shall have no effect on
...the contract between the parties
have added "ne" here to clarify
as Nikki says in remark above, the idea is that the original contract and language shall prevail so, translations of the contract or other versions of it shall not have any effect or bearing on the agreement between the parties

that last link doesn't work but there are many examples of "the original...language shall prevail" on Google. here are just two:
http://www.fujielectric.com/ir/index19.html
This report is a translation of the original report in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy, the original report in Japanese shall prevail.

In case of any inconsistency between the interpretation and the speech or intervention in the original language, the latter shall prevail.

: shall have an effect on the (not 'influence'). The idea is that a translation shall not alter anything in the nature of the parties rights and obligations under the contract. The meaning of the original shall prevail.

Yes, but I did not wish to give translation of comlete text give. It is a santence (Clause) reminding a restriction to translated version of contract.

shall produce/have no effects [between the Parties]
Produce:
d. « causer »
[+ rouille, humidité, son] ▶ to produce, ▶ to make
***[+ effet] ▶ to produce, ▶ to have***
[+ changement] ▶ to produce, ▶ to bring about
[+ résultat] ▶ to produce, ▶ to give
[+ sensation] ▶ to cause, ▶ to create
■ produire une bonne/mauvaise impression sur [quelqu'un] : to make a good/bad impression on [somebody]
■ il a produit une forte impression sur les examinateurs : he made a great impression on the examiners | the examiners were highly impressed by him
e. /Droit/
[+ document] ▶ to present, ▶ to produce
[+ témoin] ▶ to produce

I only found information in this general dictionary, not in my legal (explanatory and translating) dictionaries, so this expression belongs to general vocabulary, it is not specifically legal vocabulary, although it is much used in legal texts.
-----
I would keep "effects" in the plural form, since it is in the plural in the original text. A contract can produce different sorts of effects, of course - this is about negating all of them. Putting "effect" in the singular will come to the same. No effects or no effect means zero effect. It's just insisting that it's no effect whatsoever...
Of course here it's an effect BETWEEN and not ON. So verbs which require an "on" aftwerwards do not work here, unfortunately.

only the original untranslated version is binding
I usually completely re-write this clause so that the meaning is clear.
