Hello all,
I'm translating part of a CAC governing terms and conditions applying to government suppliers of military equipment. Étude(s) appears throughout the document. I realise it can be translated as study/research/design just not sure which is appropriate here. Here are a couple of examples: (I know I should post a different question for each, but I feel I should use the same term throughout, although at different points different solutions appear appropriate, so I wanted to highlight the problem).
Dans le cas où le titulaire poursuivrait sur fonds propres des études, développements ou fabrications utilisant l’acquis de marchés passés par le représentant du pouvoir adjudicateur...
Cette demande doit être faite préalablement à la première présentation à la cession ou à la concession de licence du logiciel et des éléments concédés ou communiqués et pour chaque nouvelle version comportant des modifications ou des éléments non couverts par les marchés d’études ou de développement.
