Discussion

Daryo Nov 13, 2020:
This sounds like what would be called a "code of conduct" by banks in UK.
Marco Solinas Nov 11, 2020:
To Asker It is probably something like "Following the best practices of the banking sector...". However, the complete sentence or even paragraph is needed to be sure.
You could also say: "Following the best banking practices..."

We don't have the full context, but I suspect it may be a message something like this, addressed to customers in financial difficulties, perhaps because of Covid:

En application du bon usage de la profession bancaire à destination des clients identifiés comme fragiles(1) et souscrivant à l’offre spécifique, notre établissement veillera, au plus tard à compter du 30 juin 2019, à ne pas facturer à ces clients plus de 200 € par an au titre des frais concernés par le bon usage.

But even if that's not the context, the translation is still the same.

agree Thomas Miles : I like it Phil, especially avoidance of 'pursuant to' and 'as per'!

Interestingly, this is how HSBC has translated this phrase.
The two sentences below are not in exact correspondence but the initial phrase is obviously equivalent. It may seem less idiomatic than the one suggested in the answer above, however, the bank should have hired a native English translator for this job, after all?
Example sentence:

En application du bon usage de la profession bancaire à destination des clients identifiés comme fragiles(1) et éligibles à l’offre spécifique, notre établissement veillera, au plus tard à compter de février 2019, à ne pas facturer à ces clien

In accordance with the proper use of the banking profession of September 2018 for customers identified as fragile(1) and subscribing to HSBC Service Initial, HSBC France has undertaken, since 30 June 2019, not to charge these customers more than €16.50
