More context? As EvaVer said, the most likely scenario is that this is about lease agreements (though "contrat bailleur" is unusual). "Cut-offs" is curious, though, given the explanation that follows.

@ EvaVer Do note, though, that we are talking here of 'produits', which tends to suggest this may not be a 'rental' situation — cf. the other possible meanings of 'bailleur'.

The simplest possibility is lease contracts (where the entity considered is the Lessor) - the "cut-offs" will then be prepaid rent received by the entity (and possibly other payments under such contracts).
