plants
There are many translations of ADN but none that seem to work here.
The context is a report of events, incidents, accidents, etc., for the week at an industrial site. There are boilers, pipes, pumps, etc. These entries in the report are without much context or additional information and are only a few words long. The report is obviously intended for employees and managers who are familiar with the operations and need no details or explanations.
I'm unable to find a translation of t d'ADN, but my first guess is that it means rate of something (t = taux).
So "5,000 rate of ADN, at a minimum, was announced to clients."
5 500 t d’ADN en moins ont été annoncées aux clients

Supposing the no explication for the acronym ADN (or NDA) could be provided by the asker due to lack of information, I won't venture to propose a specific substance. Prudence is always the better part of valor, so we should remain with the term as it stands.
The phrase "5 500 t d’ADN en moins ont été annoncées aux clients" may be translated by "5,500 t of ADN, at least, has been announced to clients". The client will certainly understand.
I also recommend asking the client for explanation. Even he cannot help you to decipher the acronym (in case of agencies, for instance) this call proves your diligence and accuracy.

ADN (adiponitrile)
Seems the most likely solution, i.e. that it is already the EN acronym for this chemical product.
Plenty of Google hits for it, inclduing this one from what must be considered a first-stop source for acronyms:

Some possible significations
Adiponitrile is the organic compound with the formula (CH2)4(CN)2. This dinitrile, a viscous, colourless liquid, is an important precursor to the polymer nylon 66. In 2005, about one billion kilograms were produced annually.[2]

Ammonium dinitramide (ADN) is the ammonium salt of dinitraminic acid. ADN decomposes under heat to leave only nitrogen, oxygen, and water.
:
It makes an excellent solid rocket oxidizer with a slightly higher specific impulse than ammonium perchlorate and more importantly, does not leave hydrogen chloride fumes. It decomposes into low molecular mass gases so it contributes to higher performance without creating excessive temperatures if used in gun or rocket propellants. The salt is prone to detonation under high temperatures and shock more so than the perchlorate.

2-Amino-1,2-dihydronapthalene (2-ADN), also known as 2-aminodilin (2-AD), is a stimulant drug.[1] It is a rigid analogue of phenylisobutylamine and substitutes amphetamine for it in rat discrimination tests, although at approximately one fourth the potency.

Discussion
Is it perhaps made clear from your wider context what this actually has to do with the accidents, incidents, etc.? Are they for example saying that due to problems at the plant, they have been able to produce less of this 'ADN' than originally planned? Given that you presumably not what plant it is, it ought to be easy enough to research what they make at that plant (especially in such large quantitites!) It would obviosuly also help to know what type of plant this is... it might be making fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, etc. etc., and that sort of information would at least help to narrow down the possibilities.
As for ADN, chances are it is NDA in English, given the reverse order of adjectives etc. But that's my educated guess work shot and you need better than that for your clients.
ADN may be an acronym for a chemical product. "t" is surely the mass unit for "tonnes", i.e., 1000 kg.
