Avoids the necessity of specifying whether there is one or more doctors. It's hard to say without more context whether it could even be the kind of place staffed just by nurses.

: That's usually "centre de santé" in French.// We really do need some context.

Withybush hospital is located in the county town of Haverfordwest, with a population ... Care Services and Rheumatology are also within the medical department.

The lack of an "e" on the end of "médecin" does imply that it means doctor, rather than medical.

Given the earlier absence of context, I had guessed that this was either in a hospital or the medical (products) department of a company. Now that the context of a bank has been given, medical centre seems more appropriate.

Medical centre
Pole is increasingly used in this part of France, at least, to imply a re-groupment of various services which are interconnected. There are "Pôle Industrielle" or if you are out of work the "Pôle Emploi". The latter being a combination of the job centre and the department Assedic who deal with your rights to any money or financial assistance.
