matrice d'aiguillage automatique
Ce processus permet d’initier la création d’une tâche d’entretien curatif. Il permet d’assigner et de saisir les informations préliminaires de l’entretien requis avant de procéder à la réalisation de l’intervention. Ce processus ne fait pas intervenir la matrice d'aiguillage automatique.
Dans le processus, l’interrogation sur la pertinence d’un « Avis manuel » est requise pour spécifier que la personne est avisée qu’une tâche lui est assignée.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

I'm also rather concerned about the proper translation of 'aiguillage' — 'routing' is a term commonly used in telecoms and datacoms, but I'm note sure if this doesn't refer more to a kind of 'despatcher' rôle — it depends whether this is referring to physical people, or not. As ever, more of the wider context would be immensely helpful here!
