People and institutions award degrees and titles. The diplomas themselves can't.
If you want to stay closer to the source structure, you could say that these are programmes that lead to a Master's degree, or lead to the title of Master.

Bearing in mind comments received, I have a further proposition for consideration in addition to the one proposed by B D Finch:
Accredited at Master level
This would possibly be more suitable if the originating country is outside of the Bologna system of higher education.

awarding the Master level
"conférant" is in this context the same as "donnant" so your guess about translating it as awarding was rather correct. grade in French is not exactly the same as it is in English so level would be my choice of word...
Example sentence:
Par les pouvoirs qui me sont conférés, je vous déclare unis par les liens sacrés du mariage

Sheila Wilson
: Not a very helpful example, seeing as "conférés" used there does not translate as "awarded"

Maybe not but the general meaning of it is still of something you received from elsewhere (the State, God, University, whatever...)

B D Finch
: Not a phrase that would be used in English. You can't award a level, the level is an attribute of the award itself.//Why, then, give an answer you know to be wrong?

I know that, I passed British diplomas myself so I do know, but it's really that here it's a question of diplomas equating the Master, that's why I couldn't think of anything else just yet...

Sheila Wilson
: I don't disagree with what you have said but I don't think this fits the context, which is a list of diplomas at master level, rather than a personal case
