brushed concrete

Concrete surface that has been smoothed then finished with a lightly dragged broom to provide grip. This is often seen on petrol garage forecourts.>>

"Brushed concrete" gets over 500 GGLs to "brushed cement"'s 13.

While "cement" IS often said of "concrete", the usage is incorrect. Cement is the dry powder which, mixed with water, sand, and gravel, hardens to a solid form to make concrete.
