Help with entire sentence, please! (into US English). Am having trouble figuring out "...mahdollisine siitä poikkeavine vaihtoehtoineen yksiselitteinen..."

Tarjouksen on oltava tarjouspyynnön mukainen ja mahdollisine siitä poikkeavine vaihtoehtoineen yksiselitteinen sekä hinnaltaan ja muilta ehdoiltaan tarjoajaa sitova.
