I'm not an expert, but looking at the definitions of the terms, it seems to me that a start-up company would be the next step, once financing etc. has been worked out and the innovation developed further. However, some sites (e.g. http://www.yrityssuomi.fi/en/palvelu/-/julkaisu/tuotevayla-i... call it a "venture" in English, so depending on your context (and target audience) maybe even the start-up could work. To me the Finnish word "yritysaihio" brings to mind a "blank" of which the company is then shaped from (like a key cut from a blank). Hope this makes sense!
what about start-up company? |
