Plant Names
Hi,
My Persian dictionary gives this as a rare word for the plant "wisteria"/"wistaria" and says that it is of Turkish origin.
Of course, my Anglicisation is only a guess as the Arabic alphabet is inadequate when it comes to representing the sounds of Turkish.
It may also mean another plant.
Best
Simon
