Emboli es plural de embolus, embolia es otra cosa:
emboli. Plural latino de embolus, usado también en inglés; en español, el plural de ‘émbolo’ no es émboli, sino émbolos.
►► No debe confundirse con → emboly.
emboly. Obsérvese que en inglés distinguen entre emboly (proceso de gastrulación por invaginación de la blástula) y embolism (oclusión brusca de un vaso arterial por un coágulo u otro cuerpo arrastrado por el torrente circulatorio), mientras que en español usamos una misma palabra, ‘embolia’, con ambos significados.

embolismo
No usaría "embolia", por ser el nombre común del ictus -y si traduces stroke como ictus, lo que parece natural, resultaría redundante.
"Riesgo de (...) ictus y émbolos" me suena realmente extraño en castellano, aunque sería, como dicho, la opción más literal. "Embolismo" recoge la misma idea -la producción de émbolos- y resulta, creo, mucho más natural en el contexto.
