English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contract agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to manage expectations between ABC and XYZ prior to the issuance of an actual subcontract, with respect to our joint efforts to submit a proposal to carry out work under the MCA-Colombia Agricultural value chain and cluster development in the Departments of RT and PS project. This agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of each party during the preparation of the proposal and any subsequent subcontract that may result. This is a “good faith” agreement based on the common interests of the parties involved.
