English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) service distribution agreement

XX will from time to time provide Volume Incentive Rebates (VIR) or other incentives to a select group of regional carriers or to the Service Distributor. XX will execute Term Sheets with Service Distributor that reflect the VIR. If Service Distributor elects to use XX’s VIR or other form of incentives, Service Distributor is responsible for passing through any credits earned by the regional carrier through the VIR.
