¿Se trata de las lesiones causadas a terceros? En los glosarios no aparece nada con respecto a advertised "injury".

Si quieres que se encaje mejor con el C�digo Civil de tu pa�s, indaga en lo escrito sobre la **difamaci�n**... porque me parece que "advertized injury" es de esa �ndole! (aunque no puedo garantizarlo)
Lo �nico es que "advertized" significa (espec�ficamente) **c�mo se ve** la lesi�n en el sentido de.... llevar cicatrices feas, o un defecto del habla que suena feo... pues "secuelas notables" que son estigmatizadoras...

De no encontrar la traducción exacta, sugeriría traducir la definición:
"Daños causados durante la actividad (campaña) publicitaria, ocasionados por difamación, invasión de la privacidad, etc."
O tal vez un poco más resumido, ya que se trata de una lista.

lesiones corporales y cualesquiera de sus *secuelas estigmatizadoras*

eso se llama "stigma harm" en inglés ... pues el efecto "deshonrador" o "denigrador" de estar desfigurado por alguna lesión....

Yo tomaría el "advertised" en el sentido de públicamente notorias, que todo el mundo ve.

Tal vez estoy siendo demasiado simplista, pero es lo que me sugiere el párrafo a primera vista.
