Fill in the fields in the top section…first the date, then the platform and facility that are tied to your access information. You may only have one choice in each of the dropdown menus. Once you’ve selected from those menus, fill in the department by going to the correct facility and highlighting the correct department. Next, enter the observer name, the shift and **how far the person being observed was into** his or her shift.
Although I understand exactly what this means, I can't seem to find a 'short' way to translate it. These are cells in an interactive HR program and the prompts are timed so I have to stay close to the original word count.
I would really appreciate some help!
