I'm translating a text dealing with instructions for a restaurant's employees.
The dubious term appears alone (without any context)and seems to be an instruction (verb phrase) rather than a device(noun phrase). I think it has to do with the restaurant's cleaning and manteinance tasks. Am I right that pull acts as a verb or is there a type of fryers called "pull fryers"?

I've been looking around for the term "pull fryer" and can't find a darn thing... I think this might be a verb+noun. As you very well say, it's probably part of the chores of the kitchen crew. I agree with your option: Saque las freidoras. But it certainly feels incomplete, as in "so now what?". I imagine it could be: 1. Saque/Tire de las freidoras. 2. Limpielas con agua caliente 3. Séquelas... I'm totally speculating here as to what follows that sentence. To sum up, I agree with your first option.
