When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

La verdad es que puse 7:33 p.m. para indicarte que se trataba de la hora en que nació el bebé... sin pararme a pensar que tendría que haber puesto la forma horaria que se utiliza en español.

Ambos son válidos, el Panhispánico de dudas dice "a) Para separar las horas de los minutos, se usa el punto o los dos puntos (→ punto, 4.1 y dos puntos, 2.1): 17.30, 17:30." Saludos y gracias.
