Should the VESSEL from any cause not attributed to the CONTRACTOR (including its employees, agents subcontractors etc.) become or be deemed to be at any time a constructive or actual total loss under the insurance policy, this CONTRACT shall if not otherwise agreed between the parties thereupon absolutely cease and terminate in respect of the lost VESSEL only without any liability whatsoever on the part of the CONTRACTOR.
