1.2. Notwithstanding the rights granted by the Licensor to the Licensee hereunder, nothing in this agreement shall be construed as prohibiting the Licensor:
-b) to SUPPLY or indirectly customers in the Licensed Territory having their Central Buying Office located outside the Licensed Territory or belonging to International chains having points of sales either in the Licensed Territory than abroad, without any compensation to the Licensee, and

O sentido e' o seguinte, por exemplo: Eu quero abrir uma empresa para distribuir Coca Cola dentro de uma area geografica. No caso, a Coca Cola e' o 'Licensor'. Entao, o significado dos termos do contrato estabelecem que mesmo sendo 'Licensee', a propria Coca Cola mantem o direito de abastecer potenciais compradores dentro da minha area nos dois casos identificados (1) quando o departamento de compras da compradora se localiza fora da minha area, ou (2) se a compra nao foi ativamente solicitada pela Coca Cola.

sim sim falta "directly"foi um erro meu, mas mesmo assim parece faltar alguma coisa, e nao parece fazer muito sentido na segunda frase: "To supply within the territory.. " |

Penso que de facto na primeira frase se trata de fornecimento mas na segunda, parece-me que se trata mais de distribuir; pelo menos a frase aponta para este sentido...

: Na verdade, nos dois casos trata-se de fornecimento/abastecimento. Me desculpe por eu ter disagreed antes, em vez de "neutrally" esclarecido. Eu 'to novo aqui no site. Um abraco.
