Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução, do inglês para o português, da expressão AVAIL YEAR no seguinte contexto:
"... with respect to certain Licensed Pictures for special marketing campaigns for which Licensee presents a marketing plan to be approved by XXX, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, the amount needed to fund such campaign for each such Licensed Picture, up to no more than US$ 25.000,00 for each AVAIL YEAR."
