English to Polish Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks agreement

All [Company Name]'s notices of termination given pursuant to this Article 14 shall be in writing and shall include the specific reasons for the termination of this Agreement with reference to the applicable terms and provisions herein, in order to enable Service Dealer to determine that the termination has been given in accordance with the terms of the Agreement rather than because of practises which may not be restricted under EU Commission Regulation 1400/2002.
