法律用語で使われる”automatically”は、”ipso jure”のことです。こういった場合に「自動的に」という言い回しが使われている例は寡聞にして存じません。

◇　追記：　
　全体的に不明点だけに絞って粗訳としましたが、以下の解釈が正しいです。
　ここでいう「it」とは適法な管轄権を有する裁判所に違法もしくは履行不能と判断されたいずれかの条項を指します。また、よく見ると、「and, along with …」から別の文が続いています。このため、全体的な訳は以下のようになります。
　本契約のいずれかの条項が管轄裁判所で違法または履行不能と判断された場合、そうした条項は、法律の最小限要求事項に（法律上）当然に従っているものとみなされるものとし、なおかつ本契約のその他すべての諸条項については、その後完全な効力を付与されるものとする。
　また、要点を述べますと「severability」の条項ですから、ここでいう契約の一部の条項が無効・履行不能になっても、そうした無効・履行不能はその条項の条文に定められた事項に限られ、契約の残りの条項の効力には影響しないということが述べられている、ということになります。

“Severability”条項の諸例：
①　If any terms or provisions of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining of this Agreement shall not be affected.
②　If any provision of this Agreement is subsequently held invalid or unenforceable by any court or authority agent, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions thereof.
③　If any term of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining terms hereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and all such remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
