2つ質問があります。
一つの文書に、stock, securities, share, という用語がありますが、それぞれを人くくりに「株」あるいは「株式」と翻訳してもよいものでしょうか。
それとも、ストック、証券、株式、と区別したほうが良いでしょうか。
もう一つは、"certificates for securities"の訳ですが、これは、stock certificates(株券)とおなじ意味で株券、と翻訳してもいいでしょうか。
それとも、「証券の証明書」と翻訳すべきでしょうか。

有価証券
Stockとshareは「株」あるいは「株式」と翻訳してもよいと思います。しかし、 securitiesはもっと広い意味を持っていて「有価証券」の意味です。ここには債権も含まれます。「株」あるいは「株式」は株主としての権利は表すものであり、株券を発行します。その株券は英語でstock certificateあるいはshare certificateと言います。Certificates for securitiesは別にそういった区別がありませんので、「有価証券」と翻訳していいのではないかと思います。

ワラントは新株予約権とも呼ばれます。 新株予約権は株式を特定の価格で購入できる権利です。 従来の転換社債、新株引受権、ストックオプションの総称で、商法の改正で導入されました。
ワラントは場合によって新株予約権と新株予約権証券の両方の意味を持っていますので新株予約権証券という日本語の表現がいいと思います。
