In the event of any change in the membership of the Tenant, or the proportion of the shares of the Tenant’s participants (founders), or any change in the membership of the Tenant’ participants empowered to vote the majority of the outstanding capital shares of the Tenant, or other *beneficial transfers of interests* in the Tenant, whether such change of ownership is by sale, assignment, bequest, inheritance, operation of law or otherwise, the Tenant shall request the prior written consent of the Landlord.
