co-location sudah biasa dijadikan kolokasi di kalangan industri informasi dan komunikasi (TIK).
Yang sulit adalah menerjemahkan (dengan enak) committed. Harfiahnya adalah terkomit. Sudah ada sih ratusan telusuran Google, tetapi belum saya lihat dipakai dalam naskah perjanjian.
Komitmen bukan kata yang mudah diterjemahkan: ia adalah gabungan dari janji, niat, dan tekad. Berjanji melakukan, berniat melakukan, dan bertekad untuk benar-benar melakukan.
Saya usulkan sedikit berputar dari teks sumber sekalipun ini teks hukum. kolokasi terkomit intisarinya adalah komitmen mewujudkan sejumlah kolokasi; singkatnya komitmen kolokasi.
