mout naamke gyaan se aapne ko mukt karo, tabhee tum jee paaoge.
In other word we can say :-
MOUT NAAMKE DAR SE AAPNE KO MUKT KARO,TABHEE TUM JEE PAAOGE.
Here we can replace 'gyaan'which is original meaning of 'knowledge ' by 'dar'(fear). It more clarifies the meaning of sentence.

Gyanse mukti ka arth maut hai, fir jindagi aapki
life is nothing but knowledge. without knowledge the life is like death.Once the aspect of knowledge is removed, the life is useless and can be controlled by anybody.

deha-dhyas ke jnana se mukt hona yaaney maut hona, phir (jiyoge) saccha jivan
The english sentence gragment contruction does not seem correct - grammatically as well as logic wise. Can you please provide the complete sentence and the preceding and succeeding context so we can help you better. To me this seems to imply 'death means freedom from the dhyas=knoweldge (or awareness) of the deha=physical body (sense of individuality) and once you have detached yourself from the body, then you will experience real life.' I tend to think this is more on the spiritual side then on the worldly.
