This belongs to electronics It is about 47 CFR 15 part C - (FCC regulations) - Intentional radiators are electronic devices/equipment that emit radio frequency intentionally (i.e., transmitters).
Bottom line - translating to Hebrew US regulations regarding EMC serves no purpose - if the equipment in question (to which the IFU is associated) is to be used in Israel, it has to comply with local EMC and spectrum management regulations
