Ολόκληρη η παράγραφος αναφέρει: "The fact that either of the parties has not demanded the application of any clause hereof whatsoever, whether permanent or temporary, may not in any case be considered as a waiver of its rights under said clause. In order for waiver to be *opposable to* a third party, it must be in writing."
