Routledge gibt "einseitig" für "odd leg" (http://tiny.cc/qcs0lx) - und "facilitator" ist vermutlich eine Kundenerfindung, die man je nach Einsatzbereich des Instruments frei passend übersetzen kann (jedenfalls ist mir "facilitator" nicht als Standardinstrument bekannt und im Internet findet man auch nicht wirklich viel zu facilitator + spine surgery).
