English to German Medical Medical: Instruments intervertebral disc prothesis

From the description of a set of instruments for implanting a prothesis to treat defects of the intervertebral discs:

The Instrument Kit consists of the following components:
- Defect measurement tools
- Sizing trial
- Surgical hammer
- *Implant extractor and extractor weight*
- Retraction Wedge

Unfortunately there is no indication what these are actually used for. I have written "Extraktionshilfe und Gewicht" - will that do?
