English to German Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) estate settlement

Again from the same text dealing with various business scenarios (estate settlement)

**Capital cost allowance expenses would be deductible to each Limited Partner at their individual tax rate.**

"Kapitalkostenausgaben könnten von jedem Limited Partner zu seinem jeweiligen Steuersatz abgesetzt werden"

Ist das akzeptabel? I have figured out what capital costs are and also know what allowances are but the combination of "allowance expenses" makes me wonder if it means something else entirely?? Pardon my ignorance - appreciate your help!!
