Suggested corrections & edits follow to that apparent part of a self-promotional CV or resume:
Brought stability (insert key words about HOW or the METHOD useds) to a troubled (suggest use of a different descriptor instead) materials management department, resulting in... etc.
Those additions would also be beneficial as "talking points" if the hiring official at the receiving firm invites the applicant for an interview (which is the essential goal of a CV or resume in the first place).
