Nesrin Oct 8, 2006:
I'm with Raouf - شركاء قنوات التوزيع sounds much better than شركاء القنوات and is easier to understand, plus it's used on a couple of sites, e.g. www.aaco.org/pubnews.asp?id=910&lang=2
Raouf Malek Oct 8, 2006:
or شركاء قنوات التوزيع
Raouf Malek Oct 8, 2006:
channel partners in literal translation means شركاء القنوات
but I would use شركاء

agree Nesrin : As I said in my added note below (added before seeing your answer!), this sounds like a very literal translation.. but I just looked up "شركاء القنوات" and found that it's very widely used. So although I still don't like it, you can't argue with usage.

This site suggests شريك القنوات, but it sounds like a very literal translation - I'm not convinced at all.

شركاء متممون

You might want to add (صناعيون) in the middle since they apparently add-on to manufactured products.

I am suggesting while alluding to the valuable help provided by Nesrin, in her not for points guiding definition.

Sorry, in this case the middle would be (خدميون) or just leave it out altogether!
