Article X

Whenever force majeure or exceptional, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances occur, that may put in cause the full execution of the obligations of any party to this Contract (other than payment), the party affected by such occurrence shall exonerated of the fulfillment of its obligations in accordance to this Contract during the period that such force majeure event or exceptional, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances occur.


i also need to know what you think "execution" means in this context please

does it mean "terminate" or exactly the opposite "to carry out",

Are you sure of the spelling? I think it should be "put in pause" rather than "put in cause".
execution here means "to carry out".
