As the Governmental Hospital's Residents rotate to the Private Hospital while the Private Hospital's Residents rotate to the Governmental Hospital, the Parties thus wish to collaborate in order to try and arrange for the accreditation of the Private Hospital as a training institution under the existing contract between the Private Hospital and the Governmental Hospital.
Accreditation was developed to benefit the public, protect the interests of residents and improve the quality of teaching, learning, research, and professional practice.
