English to Arabic Tech/Engineering Aerospace / Aviation / Space sales agreement

Aftermarket Gas Turbines means:
(a) any ADGTs; and
(b) any gas turbines of the Seller or any of its Affiliates existing as at Completion that:
(i) have been derived from Aero-Engines to allow their use as prime movers - using air as their working gas - in applications for generation of electricity or driving mechanical devices (including compressors and pumps) for land or offshore applications, in each case other than for the primary use for propulsion; and
(ii) have an output below 4 megawatts from a single unit under ISO conditions without augmentation through water or steam injection (i.e. dry engine), or with an output of less than 4 megawatts or an output of 4 megawatts or greater consequent to water or steam injection, combined cycle configurations or installations consisting of multiple units (whose combined power output can exceed 4 megawatts), provided that the ISO rating (dry) per unit is below 4 megawatts
