Algemene bediening baantransport
This is taken from a manual for an offset printer (a huge machine that weighs about 4,000 kg). In the past this was translated by the client as "web transport" (only one instance in the TM), but this seems a little far-fetched, to be honest.

web feeder system
As Harry said, the distinction is between sheet-fed and web-fed offset lithography. The `web` refers to the rolls of paper fed to the printing press.

The actual process of printing is quite involved. One of the most important functions in the process is Pre-press Production. This basically the front end of things actually printing and makes sure that all files are correctly processed to be printed. This includes converting to the proper CMYK, finalizing the files, and creating plates for each color of the job to be run on the press. The sheet fed press consists different systems that complete the actual process; feeder system, printing system, inking/dampening system, and the delivery system.
My suggestion for the term is `web feeder system` or 'web paper feed system' I hope this is useful.

conveyor belt
I rather suspect that what is meant by this is conveyor belt. Various conveyor belts feed paper in and out of the printer.

If you google offset printing web transport you will find :

Your client may well have translated this correctly as web transport
