Sorry, er moet een -s- tussen: intraScissural.

Het lijkt erop dat dit wordt gebruikt in een vertaalde Franse tekst.
Maar scissure is wel gangbaar engels:

Ik denk dat intrascissural wel kan, mn als uit de context de betekenis verduidelijkt wordt.
